1. Overview
These terms govern your use of Westwind’s courses and materials.
By accessing Westwind content, you agree to comply with these Terms and any policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use.
- Services include self-paced courses, cohort programs, templates, and community forums.

You must be at least 16 years old or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority, you may only use the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activities under your account.
Do not share login credentials, attempt to bypass access controls, or interfere with other users’ learning experience.
Notify us immediately of any breach or suspected breach at [email protected]. You remain responsible for actions taken under your account until you notify us.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
- We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that violate trademarks or are inactive.
- We may require multi-factor authentication for sensitive actions.
3. Payments
Course fees are due at purchase. Refunds may be offered within a reasonable window if you have not completed a significant portion of the course.
Prices are shown before tax unless otherwise indicated. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all purchases.
Eligible within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the material has been completed. Bundles and gift purchases may be excluded.
Unfounded chargebacks will result in account suspension and potential collection of fees.
4. Intellectual Property & License
Courses are licensed for personal learning. Redistribution or resale is prohibited.
- You receive a limited, non-transferable license to access learning materials for personal, non-commercial use.
- Copying, sharing, or re-uploading content is strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted in writing.
- Trademarks, logos, and brand elements are the property of Westwind and may not be used without prior consent.
We may use aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve our courses and platform.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Westwind is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the applicable offering in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or injury where such limitation is prohibited by law.
Services are provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You assume all risk for your use of the Services, including compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

- Material changes may be announced via email or in-app notifications.
- Where required by law, we will obtain your consent to changes.
